Finding a wearable breast pump that's comfortable enough for regular use without sacrificing pumping power isn't always easy. But one of the highest-scoring breast pumps we've tested has just had a substantial Amazon price cut.

The eufy Wearable Breast Pump S1 Pro is currently £184.99 at Amazon, down from its £269.99 RRP. That's an £85 saving, or 31% off.

And this is one we've thoroughly put through its paces. The eufy S1 Pro achieved an exceptional 4.9 out of 5 in our MadeForMums review, including full marks for comfort and durability. Our tester was so impressed with its comfort that she said she would regularly forget she was wearing it.

The S1 Pro is a double wearable electric breast pump that sits inside your bra, leaving your hands free while you express.

Its standout feature is eufy's HeatFlow technology, which gently warms the pump while you're using it. There are 7 heat settings between 35°C and 41°C, alongside suction of up to 300mmHg.

The eufy Baby app gives you control over pumping rhythm, suction and speed, and importantly, each breast can be controlled independently. You can also adjust the pumps using the controls on the units themselves.

The Pro version comes with a portable wireless charging case, which eufy says provides up to 5 days of pumping power before the case itself needs recharging.

How did the eufy S1 Pro perform in our test?

MadeForMums parent tester Louise McCarney tested the S1 Pro while 4 months into her second breastfeeding journey. She was using pumping to build a freezer stash and introduce an evening bottle, while also putting its hands-free credentials to the test during everyday family life.

Comfort was one of the biggest surprises.

Honestly, I often forget I’m wearing the pumps. While it’s definitely visible that you have them on – as with any wearable pump – the level of comfort is exceptional.

Louise McCarney, MadeForMums parent tester

Louise awarded it a full 5 out of 5 for comfort. She found the warming function made pumping feel more relaxing than other pumps she'd tried and was able to reduce the suction through the app when the preset intensity initially felt too strong.

She also wore the pumps while chasing after her 2-year-old, without either side leaking or becoming dislodged.

Our tester expressed up to 7oz in one session

The S1 Pro didn't just score highly for comfort. Louise was particularly impressed with how effectively it expressed milk.

Before testing it, she said she had struggled to approach 5oz per session with previous wearable and manual pumps.

With the S1 Pro, she was regularly expressing between 6oz and 7oz in a single session, which she attributed to the combination of strong suction and feeling relaxed with the warming element.

Of course, pumping output is highly individual, so another parent's experience won't necessarily be the same. But it was a significant improvement for Louise.

Day-to-day usability also scored highly. The pump achieved 4.9 out of 5 for ease of use and design, and 4.8 for ease of cleaning.

There is one cleaning consideration worth knowing about. Because of the built-in heating elements, the relevant parts aren't suitable for microwave sterilisation. Louise used boiling water instead and found the relatively small number of components straightforward to clean and reassemble.

Is £184.99 a good price for the eufy S1 Pro?

Price was one of the few downsides we identified when testing the S1 Pro. At its full £269.99 RRP, this sits firmly in premium wearable breast pump territory.

Even at that price, Louise awarded it 4.8 out of 5 for value for money, saying she planned to use the S1 Pro exclusively rather than rotating between different pumps.

Amazon's current £184.99 price takes £85 off that investment, bringing a pump we rated 4.9 out of 5 comfortably below the £200 mark.

If you're planning to pump frequently and have been looking for a premium hands-free option, £184.99 is a significantly more attractive price for one of the most impressive wearable pumps we've tested.
