Bluey joins the Toniebox with new interactive audio adventures and games for children

Big news for fans of the cheeky blue heeler and her family – Bluey, Bingo and Muffin are joining the Toniebox for the first time, bringing favourite adventures from the hit TV series to screen-free listening and interactive play.

The new Bluey collection from tonies, launched in collaboration with BBC Studios, includes Classic Tonies featuring the much-loved characters, themed accessories, Toniebox 2 starter sets and bundles.

There’s also a brand-new Tonieplay Game, A Playful Day with Bluey, which lets children become active participants in eight interactive adventures inspired by favourite Bluey episodes.

The collection is available to pre-order now via tonies.com and Smyths, ahead of its general sale from 4 September at tonies.com and selected retailers.

Bluey comes to the Toniebox

Since launching in Australia in 2018, Bluey has become a global favourite among families, known for its funny, heartwarming stories about play, imagination and everyday family life.

The Toniebox partnership gives children another way to experience the adventures of Bluey, Bingo and their family, without relying on a screen.

The Bluey Multipack includes all three characters and features 21 favourite adventures, including Grannies, Duck Cake, Camping, Bin Night, Takeaway, Sleepytime, Muffin Cone, Baby Race and Cricket. Together, the three Tonies contain approximately 136 minutes of stories.

Each Classic Tonie opens with a special introduction from Dan Brumm, the voice of Uncle Stripe and Bandit’s brother, before taking listeners into authentic Bluey adventures and the show's iconic theme tune.

The collection is designed to give children a way to enjoy Bluey away from the screen, while encouraging independent listening, creativity and imaginative play.

Alongside the Classic Tonies, children can join Bluey in A Playful Day with Bluey, a brand-new Tonieplay Game designed for Toniebox 2 and the Tonieplay Controller.

The game features eight interactive adventures inspired by favourite episodes, with more than 100 play moments for children to discover. Games include Bluey favourites such as Keepy Uppy, Dance Mode and Magic Xylophone.

The interactive experience is designed to encourage children to take an active role in the story, with games and activities inspired by the creativity, problem-solving and playful spirit of the series.
